Agreement to Terms

Welcome to meldcoffee.com (the "Site"), operated by MELD Coffee LLC ("MELD," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, create an account, or make a purchase. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Subscriptions

3.1 Product Description

MELD products are functional coffee concentrates containing dietary supplement ingredients. All products are sold exclusively through subscription plans. We do not offer one-time purchases.

3.2 Subscription Terms

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select (every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

• You may skip a shipment, change your subscription frequency, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at support@meldcoffee.com.
• Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. You will not be charged after cancellation, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle's shipment if it has already been processed or shipped.
• Subscription pricing (including the percentage discount for your selected tier) is subject to change. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new pricing applies.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Subscription discounts (15%, 25%, or 35% off base price) apply to the corresponding supply tier (30-day, 60-day, or 90-day). Discount percentages are ongoing for the life of the subscription and are not limited to the first order.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid, current payment information. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

3.4 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. You may return the product under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 45 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. Details and conditions are outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, the MELD wordmark, the Meld mark (three-circle icon), and design elements — is owned by MELD Coffee LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Caffeine disclosure

MELD products contain approximately 150mg of caffeine per serving from cold brew coffee, equivalent to approximately 1.5 cups of regular coffee. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should consult their healthcare provider before use.

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to our Site or social media channels, you grant MELD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that any content you submit is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MELD Coffee LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
